In his latest "Nameless" Podcast, Andy Nowicki considers the Orlando massacre as an instance of lurid topicality par excellence, an event in which numerous "hot button" issues were conjured up simultaneously to wreak maximum psychic damage upon a credulous populace already prone to factionalized ideological tribalism.

Andy considers the "hoaxer" faction, who assert that the shooting was a staged event. He concludes with a bit of controversial counsel: namely, that it would be best for us to forget Orlando, since fixating upon it generally brings out the worst in us and accelerates our cultural decline (which may indeed have been the intention all along...)
